Task

Develop a page that displays distributors (for selected industry) located in a specified region (state) or near the location of the specified zip code and fix the second and subsequent steps of selection of attributes on the page with the master of product search. On the existing page on the second and subsequent steps all the possible attributes of the specified type are displayed, it is required to display attributes chosen in the previous steps. Add a multilingual selection to a website.

Development

Displaying distributors in a given region shows the selection by a specified state identifier. To search by zip code the table containing the index range has been added. Search checks the range of specified zip code and lists the distributors of this range.

To display the attributes of the second and subsequent steps the ajax request is used to displays the necessary attributes

Solved problems

When using entity framework was seen a large reduction in the performance for complex queries required for the specified attributes selection. The decision it to use for these operations direct sql queries to the database, thus reducing the load time.
